Terms of service

Draft — accurate to how n3een works today, but not yet reviewed by a UAE lawyer. Review before public launch.
What n3een is
n3een connects members with local creators. You subscribe to a creator for a monthly fee that the creator sets, and that unlocks discounts at every venue that creator has partnered with. n3een is not the venue: the venue provides the goods and services and is responsible for them.
Your subscription
The price shown on a creator's page is what you pay each month, and it includes UAE VAT. A creator may change their price; a change applies from your next renewal, never mid-period. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.
Using your member pass
Your pass identifies you to venue staff so they can apply your discount. It is personal. Do not share it, screenshot it for someone else, or use it to obtain discounts for people who are not with you. Each offer has a daily visit limit set by the venue. Misuse can lead to your account being suspended.
What venues agree to
A partner venue agrees to honour the advertised discount for members with a valid pass, during its opening hours, on the terms shown on its page. A venue can pause or end an offer at any time, and it will disappear from the app when they do. Venues pay n3een nothing.
Creators
Creators earn a share of the subscriptions their members pay, set out in their payout statements. Creators must hold the licences UAE law requires for advertising content, and payouts are held until that paperwork is verified. Creators are responsible for what they publish.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time from Account and privacy. Records of past visits remain with the venues you visited, as anonymous entries, because they form part of their own accounts. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.
