Draft — accurate to how n3een works today, but not yet reviewed by a UAE lawyer. Review before public launch.
What we collect
Your name, email, and optionally your phone and city. What you subscribe to. Which venues you visit using your pass, when, and the discount applied. If a venue enters your bill, the amount. Nothing else - we do not track your location, and the app does not follow you around the web.
What venues and creators can see
A venue sees your name when staff scan your pass, and its own record of your visits - the same information they would have if you handed over a paper voucher. A creator NEVER sees who their subscribers are. Creators see counts only: how many joined, how many left, and how many visits happened at which venue.
Why we hold it
To apply your discount at the till, to pay creators the share they have earned, to show a venue the footfall a partnership actually produced, and to meet UAE tax and accounting requirements.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider processes your payment and holds the card details - n3een never sees or stores a card number. Our email provider delivers receipts and account emails. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Financial records are kept as long as UAE tax law requires. When you close your account, your identity is erased immediately; the visit and payment records stay but are no longer connected to a person.
Your rights
You can download everything we hold about you from Account and privacy, at any time, without asking. You can close your account from the same page. To correct something, or to ask a question about your data, email support@n3een.com.
